How to Find Good Solana Meme Coins Before They Pump
Finding winners on Solana isn't luck — it's a repeatable process of narrative spotting, wallet tracking and filter discipline. This is the exact framework we use inside Lyncho's Call Outs to find pump.fun gems before they trend on Twitter.
1. Start with the narrative, not the ticker
Every big Solana runner rides a live narrative: AI agents, political events, sports moments, TikTok trends, dog metas, cat metas, celebrity deaths, memes going viral on Reddit. Open Twitter/X trends, TikTok "For You", and Google Trends daily. The narrative always comes before the chart — if you can name the meta by lunch, you can enter by dinner.
2. Use Axiom & GMGN filters
On Axiom or GMGN, filter pump.fun tokens by: market cap $30k–$300k, holder count rising, top-10 holders under 30%, at least 1 KOL buy, dev wallet clean, mint & freeze revoked. This narrows thousands of daily launches down to a shortlist of 10–20 real candidates.
3. Track winning wallets, not tickers
The single highest-EV skill in Solana trading is copy-tracking wallets with proven PnL. Use Cielo or GMGN to build a list of 20–50 wallets that have made 100k+ on multiple coins. Alerts fire the moment they enter — you piggyback the research they've already done.
4. Read the holder growth curve
A coin with organic momentum shows a smooth, rising holder count and buy volume growing faster than sell volume. Flat holder count with big candles = manipulation. Look for 100+ new holders every 15 minutes on early-stage plays and a clean upward buy-pressure ratio.
5. Check the socials are alive
Real coins have a Twitter account being replied to by real people, a Telegram with live chat, and often a website within hours of launch. If the socials are dead but the price is running, it's a bot pump — not a community. Community-driven coins are what actually 100x.
6. Time the entry, not the discovery
Finding a good coin at $2M is not the same as buying it at $2M. Best entries are: pre-graduation on pump.fun with clean bundle, post-migration dip on Raydium, or a first meaningful pullback (30–50%) after a KOL wave. Chasing green candles is how you become exit liquidity.
7. Size for asymmetric bets
Even a perfect research process is right maybe 30–40% of the time. Small size on many quality setups, take profit in tranches (25% at 2x, 25% at 5x, moon-bag the rest), and never rely on one bet. This is why our community talks about position sizing more than picks.
8. Combine with the Call Outs channel
Every call posted inside Lyncho's Call Outs goes through this filter first. You see the ticker, the rugcheck screenshot, the dev wallet history, the narrative, and the invalidation level — before you buy. It compresses hours of solo research into seconds.
